The ultra-modern motorhome park in Emmen opened in July 2025. There was a move to a larger location, more on the edge of the city. The capacity thus increased from 10 to 21 places. There is a facility where the motorhome can arrange everything himself, without the intervention of staff.

Access to the site is fully automatic via a barrier with PIN code control. After booking or paying, each visitor receives a personal access code, which can be used to enter and leave the site independently. This ensures a safe and efficient flow, 24 hours a day, without the need for physical reception or supervision.

The motorhome gets all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay: Electricity connection (16A); Water taps; Grey water discharge points and chemical toilet; Separate waste collection (environmental street); Information column with tourist highlights; and a paved area. The construction of these facilities was fully provided by Seijsener.

For payment transactions, we opted for a collaboration with Ease2pay, a specialist in digital payment solutions. Motorhome owners can easily pay for their overnight stay, electricity consumption and any additional services via a user-friendly self-service payment machine on site.
