What does it cost? That depends on your situation:

You have a service contract:

You can call at any time.
Telephone support is included in your contract.
We will resolve the fault by phone or send a technician if necessary

You do not have a service contract:

Even then, we are happy to help you.
If we can solve the problem by phone, we charge a competitive rate of €25 per quarter.
Are you unable to resolve the problem remotely? Then we'll send a mechanic. In that case, you will not pay any costs for telephone support — only for the on-site visit.
