At Seijsener, we do everything we can to resolve faults as quickly as possible. That's why we have a special team of two technical experts who help you by phone if your installations fail. This way, you are often back up and running quickly — without the need for a technician immediately.

What does it cost? That depends on your situation:

You have a service contract:

You can call at any time.

Telephone support is included in your contract.

We will resolve the fault by phone or send a technician if necessary

You do not have a service contract:

Even then, we are happy to help you.

If we can solve the problem by phone, we charge a competitive rate of €25 per quarter.

Are you unable to resolve the problem remotely? Then we'll send a mechanic. You then only pay for the on-site visit.

With Smart Standard, you can count on free telephone support from our service department. If possible, we solve problems directly remotely, so that you can move on quickly. If a visit is necessary, an expert will be at your doorstep within 3 working days. In addition, you benefit from reduced call-out costs regardless of the distance. And you get access to our spare parts inventory. This means you're always assured of fast, efficient and affordable service, no matter where you are.

Also available in combination with maintenance via our SMART Maintenance Contract. With a SMART Maintenance Contract, you are assured of annual preventive maintenance on your installation (s), for permanent reliable operation. This prevents malfunctions and unexpected costs.
